Making Salman Pani Puri at home using the Armskings Pani Puri packet is simple and fun! Here’s a step-by-step guide:

Ingredients:

  • 1 packet of Armskings Pani Puri – Buy Online
  • 2 medium-sized potatoes, boiled and mashed
  • 1/2 cup boiled chickpeas or sprouted moong (optional)
  • 1 small onion, finely chopped
  • 1/2 ARMSKING  masala
  • 1/4 tsp red chili powder (optional)
  • ARMSKING Imli chutney
  • Cold water as required
  • Fresh coriander, chopped (for garnish)

Steps to Prepare:

Step 1: Prepare the Pani (Flavored Water)

  1. Take the Armskings Pani Puri masala provided in the packet and mix it with 500ml to 1 liter of cold water (as per taste).
  2. Stir well and add ice cubes for extra chill.
  3. You can also add tamarind chutney for a sweet and tangy twist.

Step 2: Prepare the Filling

  1. In a bowl, mix boiled and mashed potatoes with boiled chickpeas/sprouted moong.
  2. Add chaat masala, cumin powder, black salt, and red chili powder.
  3. Mix well and keep aside.

Step 3: Fry the Puris (Ready-Made by ARMSKING)

  1. The packet contains 40 raw puris. Heat oil in a pan and deep-fry them until they puff up and turn golden brown.
  2. Drain on a paper towel and let them cool.

Step 4: Assemble the Pani Puri

  1. Gently crack open the top of a puri.
  2. Stuff it with 1 tsp of the potato mixture.
  3. Add a little chopped onion (optional).
  4. Pour the flavored pani into the puri.
  5. Garnish with fresh coriander and serve immediately.
